Just having some fun with flowers and I found this cute little doily over at Lacy's Crochet, Olga's blog, I really enjoy visiting her blog she has some wonderful things..really pretty. And like this one she gives some directions for some of her stuff.. love it. Thank you Olga...  here is the link where I found the little doily.
http://lacycrochet.blogspot.com            You should go visit here blog you will enjoy it very much..

After I had finished crocheting, I decided to add a ribbon to mine for some reason I liked the idea, course playing with the ribbon on my new sachets mite have caused this .. lol .. at any rate it looks nice..
( I think I'm on a ribbon roll.. )

I was thinking to try and put these flowers around the edging .. but i'm not sure that I can do it ,will see though I need around nine of them I think.

This is Mom's dried Rose. So guess what then I decided to put the ribbon through the little rose flowers .. and I'm thinking to make a choker I need some little pearl buttons to complete it..  I love this picture.. I was trying to take another picture but it got to dark and my little phone was doing a good job.. so I believe I need to make way more of these little roses.. Well O I almost forgot I found a little hearts to make too I think they are so cute that's what I made the one sachet with..

Aren't they cute ..they are so easy to make.. I'm learning a little bit to read instructions, there were photos of each step which helped me understand ..

And here is a book marker that I made for my Bible..

The flower with the string..  I had fun just doing these little things cause usually I'm doing something that takes a lot of time.. this was a nice changed and it cause more ideas.. Never ending of ideas.. well I'm tired out today been cleaning Mom's house time for a shower and some more crocheting and off to bed..
Blessings my dear friends Janice .. love n hugs

  4. Hi Janice, I love the idea of tying on the roses around the doily with a ribbon. I have never seen anyone do that before, it is very unique. It sounds like you have had a pretty busy day. I hope that your mom has a good day today at the hospital and that you are able to rest up a little and enjoy working being home and working on your lovely projects. You have really put me into a doily making mood. But I am determined not to start one until I finish these cherry wedding gloves. My fibro has been acting up a little lately and my hands won't let me knit for more than a 10 or 20 minutes at a time. It is taking me forever to finish this project. I have some beautiful shell pink #10 size cotton thread that is calling me though as I write! I also have a beautiful needlepoint canvas that I would love to start as well. It is called "summer cottage" and it has roses and other flowers with the ocean in the background. I love to needlepoint in the summer time when it is hot. With Love, Delisa :)
